Rainey grinned and showed him her new buckle. " All 8" she answered. She had a whole shelf for her buckles and trophies and ribbons she had gotten over the years. This one would probably join them as soon as she got a new one.
Just then they herd hooves looking up they saw Marley as she slowed her horse beside them. " Kate will be here soon to move the herd while we finish this." She slid from her horse to walk to them " hey Alex how's the day." She asked with a beaming smile. Marley had not learned the art of quite work. "Sounds good." Rainey said turning back to her work.
