"Well, you are 100% right about that." Rainey jumped at the sound of her mother's voice from the doorway. Marley stood just behind her no sign of Kate. "I've called the vet and Shes on her way. Who is this?" she asked looking closely at same. Amilea had a way about her so that sometimes she could appear cold and much larger than she was, taking up space in a room, something she was doing now. "They are Sam... He helped me with the cow and her calf." she said looking down at her boots and moving out of the way of the two. "Well, there's that." she said not looking away from him eyer eyes seeming to pierce through him like she could see through to his soul. "What is it you are looking for Sam if you don't plan on spilling the beans about that cave? you wanna move the artifacts and say u found it elsewhere? want me to leave it where it and promise not to touch it? you want money?" Marley moved to stand next to Alex her shoulder resting on his as she watched. she knew he wasn't much for being social or talking but he didn't seem to mind the way she buzzed around and so she felt comfortable enough to engage him like that.
Rainey kicked at some hey on the floor and spoke softly " said he wants work while he looks at the caves some more." she said " he can speak Rainey...is that it? and once you have finished looking what will you do Sam?" she crossed her arms and raised a brow at him as waited for his answer.
