Waking up

It would be several hours later before the doctors would clear Alex and Rainey from surgery placing them in a private room away from everyone due to the status of the family in the area.

After Alex had lost consciousness in the helicopter he had dreamed of past memories and of Rainey, He loved her more than anything in the world and he even knew her darkest secret.

It wasn't that hard to notice it when she started acting differently and digging around he found out the truth he remember that night in detail. It was a one time he ever gave into his anger. He had slipped away from the ranch that night you made sure those responsible would never walk again which made it harder for them to leave town but they did. After Mrs King bailed him out of jail The following morning you made a promise to always be by Rainey's side. Eventually the dream ceased and Alex began to open his eyes into the waking world the sight of a hospital around greeting him.
