Settling in.

Raul walked into his dorm room settling his backpack on the floor before laying down on the bed. He'd been lucky enough to get a single dorm room,while it was bit more snug it was a small price to pay for privacy. So far the University was great and classes were easy to understand not to mention plenty of people were friendly, he'd even been invited to a party that was going on later tonight.

As he laid down on the bed he brushed his hair out of his face before looking at his arms. It had been years since the fire and he didn't need to bandage them anymore but he be lying if you still didn't feel self-conscious and didn't want people staring.

"You can do this man it's a new place new you you don't need them anymore"he said out loud trying to motivate himself but at the same time still unwilling to do it "let's just focus on this party for now maybe we can meet some new friends."
