12: Ni-Bump-ght - Part Two (Harry)

As Ayala needed a break and Dee wanted to go shopping Harry called a halt. Both needed downtime, he did too. He needed a mug of Yorkshire tea.
Harry had memories of clothes shopping with his mum, and with his aunt once mum got banged up in chokey. There was no way in hell that he was going clothes shopping with another female, ever. Nightmare. He would rather reread Cedar’s book on the etymology of pre sixteenth century… He was getting bored even thinking about the title. Clothes shopping with women was way worse. And that did not include being asked your opinion of something they were trying on.That one should come with that bit of music from Jaws attached. If Captain Kirk have ever tried that he would have realised the ‘no win situation’ was real.
“I am going to pass thanks Dee,” he said simply. “I have some research to do.”
Dee had faith, that might be useful but it might be dangerous, especially if she thought some non-existent mythological being was going to save her… Harry was all for faith but hated the delusions religion put in peoples’ heads. If he wanted her involved in this she was going to need protecting.
