20: Group Chat - Thomas Jones

Thomas was texting Nori as the film ran, like most teens he could multitask in a shallow kind of way. Noritaka was trans and wanted to shift to the boys’ dormitory, Thomas wanted that too. But stealing a golf buddy and souping it up with his electrical powers had landed Nori massive punishment hours.

Thomas was not big on history but found he didn’t mind watching a movie about it. Besides, Ethan was a nice guy and good company. He was knackered, his shoulder ached from recoil and Nori was on extended punishment duty in the recycling centre. The school was big on being carbon negative, Thomas had had to look up what that meant as a fierce scowl from his boyfriend had told him it was important to him.
“I didn’t think it was safe to be gay back in ye olde times,” Thomas said, “but if you are a king you could get away without a red hot poker up your arse from your local priest.”
He googled the film on IMDB and found out it was a royal family christmas with Henry the Second. Was it a sequel? No wait. He was the second Henry, like that fat beardy bastard who murdered all his wives was the eighth one. He had three sons and they…
Thomas got bored reading and went back to the film for a bit, then his stomach grumbled.
“I’m getting a coke and some crisps from the kitchen, you want any munchies Eeth?”
