07: Ayala - Ayala

Ayala started to reach for the offered sandwich with a smile, but hesitated when she noticed the sudden tension. She slowly withdrew her hand as her eyes darted between Bernice and the newcomer . This person was a part of their brood wasn't he? Why else would he be in this place? Bernice have a reason not to welcome him?
Was he a threat to her brood?
Her hand subtly drifted towards the spear leaning against the table.
"What wrong?" she asked Bernice, not taking her eyes off of the newcomer.
"He do bad thing?"
