07.32: Dead Girl

Out in the corridor there was a bin for recyclables where Jenny could deposit her discarded clothes. The communal kitchen she went into was well stocked with the basics and had plenty of storage space that could be personalised if need be.
The recasting of Daisy Ridley as Tank girl had not taken long after Jenny disappearance, stories about that were tagged in sidebars. He murderous ex, Clark William Quantrell, was the prime suspect in her disappearance as there had been signs of foul play in the hotel room where she had been staying. Quantrell had been clever in his initial actions to dispose of her body. He had thought he had found a dead spot in the CCTV coverage. However, a week or so later an engineer had arrived to repair a fault on an ATM a block or so away. The problem was in the camera which refused to disengage when the ATM wasn’t in use. Quite by chance the engineer spotted something on the recording before he wiped it. Someone putting a body in the back of an SUV. So it was now a murder enquiry.
By this time Jenny had resurrected and taken her revenge and disposed of Quantrell instead. So, even though there was no body, as far as the police were concerned there was proof of murder.
