06.07: Salem Center

Danny did not get the card game that Tom and Lucas were playing. He got some of the ideas, if they were too easy boredom set in real fast, too hard and they were no fun. Faster play was clearly more favoured than longer games. Most people enjoyed it, even those who lost, at least everyone was in till the end.
But there were far too many little kids round for his liking, they were noisy and annoying.
He had gone along just in case the bullies got balls and decided to have another go. Tom had done the training but you never knew how stupid some people wanted to get, and he had had enough encounters with knives and guns to know better.
Luckily he wasn’t that far from the bake shop he wanted to go browse through. He told Tom he would be back shortly and they could all go for a burger or something afterwards.
