Lounge Talk

A young waitress approached Helena, holding up the Red Rose envelope. Jack and Adele could see the woman speaking to the other who was dressed in red and black.

"Okay thank you." she told the waitress, "Jackson."

"Yeeees?" he said leaning in and over the bar.

"Go and get me two Platinum VIP cards with these names on them." she said handing over the envelope to him.

"Right away." Jackson said.

"And do hurry, we shouldn't leave such high-rollers waiting." she said smacking him on the ass as he left. "And bring them over once you have them."

As Adele and Jack were enjoying the show a waitress came by with two vampire drinks for both of them with a note that read:

A welcome for you.
I am at your disposal.

Jack took the note and read it before handing it to Adele.

Jack: Looks like your liaisons are here by the bar.

Adele: Seems so. Be a dear and hail them over.

Jack: Sure love.

Jack nodded at Lillian and her partner and gestured for them to join them at the booth. Adele then unlinked Jack and sat up as she put on her game face. Jack gave a small grin to the guests.

Lilly looked over towards the table to see Primogen Adele and the man with her had gotten their drinks and she was being waved over. “Well, I am being summoned. Primogen,” She nodded to Leon and then to Colette. “Colette”

Lilly then proceeded to the table which held the Toreadors. She stood in front of the table, knowing better than to sit before she was invited. She had left Harold and Hope at the bar and would call them over only if needed. “Primogen,” Lilly said. “It is so nice to finally get to meet you.” When she was invited to sit, she would do so. “I do have some news for you.” However before Lilly could finish that statement Helena came over and the three of them did business of their own.

Jack sipped his drink as Adele nuzzled next to him in a romantic manner. Adele didn't have to fake her feelings for Jack since they were sincere. They looked like a wealthy couple enjoying the night entertainment. The zydeco music cover songs were new and pleasant.

Helena approached the table the two were seated at now seeing a third, "Primogen" she gave a slight bow to Adele, "Sir." doing the same for Jack "Ms. Foster". "Might I take a seat with you? Speak while we wait for my assistant to get your passes."

Helena nodded, "We can meet at another time to discuss terms." she said. "For tonight enjoy the show, enjoy the drinks. If you need anything..." Helena waved over a young blonde woman. "She will take your drink orders for the night. If you need me speak with Jackson at the bar and he'll get me. For now I have other business to take care of." she said taking her leave.

The young woman spoke, her voice sounding like something right out of the 50's. That sexy baby talk voice. "Hi, how are'ya. Is there anyting I can get'ya?"

Jack looked at Adele and she nodded at him gently. Jack smiled at Helena as he gestured for her to join them.

Jack: Please join us.

After Helena sat down Jack spoke up again.

Jack: This is a nice place you have here.

From there they engaged in some small talk about the club history and the highlights they would see if they came by more often..

Soon after sitting Jackson sauntered over leaning into Helena's ear and whispering something, she held out a hand and he placed the two gleaming platinum colored cards in her open palm. Decorated with fine calligraphy in crimson text. "Platinum Membership VIP." The names however were printed on in block letter, as if from a printer of some sort. "As you requested Platinum Membership, I trust that you understand that even with your standing my club, my rules. You can not by amnesty if your misbehavior impacts my club in a negative way, I'm not for sale. If you agree to follow the rules laid out in the upper floors we can make this membership official." Helena said holding out a hand for a shake of agreement.

Adele patiently looked at Helena as if to size her up. She was waiting to see if Helena would cave in due to the awkward silence. Then after seeing that Helena was standing her ground she gave a slight nod at Jack. Jack sucked his teeth before he raised an eyebrow at Adele as if he understood her subtle gestures. Then he leaned on the table as if to speak in a low tone.

Jack: Manners make-ith the man and woman. It is good that you have rules in this establishment and its good that you are willing to stand your ground. As long as these rules apply to all........ then we won't have to concern ourselves with favoritism. We hope our relationship will be one of professionalism and prosperity. Oh and we will meet at least once a month to discuss business in the future.

Adele gave a small smile as she gave a small nod at Helena. Jack raised his glass to Helena before he sipped from it.

Adele smiled as she enjoyed the music while getting cozy with Jack. She did enjoy the new environment and change of pace. She spoke to Helena casually.

Adele: I could get use to this city. You did well for yourself Helena.

Then Jack let Adele drink for his glass before they continued to enjoy the music.

Jack: Your place has class. I hope you don't mind if we drop by to enjoy the scene. Oh and if you don't mind we would like to use your services in the future.

Adele then looked at Lily and Helena so who will escort us to meet the big guy?
