Surprise

Courtney had been delayed in getting back to school due to a mix up on her flight back. It was what it was and she had made it in time to get unpacked and to gym class and watch Conner head outside. She'd have to catch up with him after practice. So, it was to basketball practice which, actually, didn't run the entire gym class. Perfect as she made her way from the gym to the track.

And made it there to see Conner talking to a girl. A grin came across Courtney's face before she ran over to the bench before Conner could notice and from behind said. "Surprise."

Looking towards the girl with the ice. "Oh, darn. What on Earth happened?" With all the southern in her accent.
