She is a tomboy and a bit aggressive since she was treated as a giant all her life by other students. She found she can get her way if she bullies others who look down on her. Deep down she is only pretending to be a bully since she is insecure about her size. She wants to be accepted and liked for her true self but has little faith that will ever happen since most kids are cruel. Oddly enough she does want a boyfriend even though she is awkward around guys. To make it worse most of the girls on the volleyball team are lesbians.

Her parents are wealthy business people who traveled the world. Karley traveled a lot as a youth and moved a lot growing up so friends were hard to get. She took after her father who is tall and it made life difficult for her.
