Helmets Save Lives... Sadly...

Without warning a glob of acid went soaring through the air and managed to hit the Female Assassin's face. The assassin let out a yelp of surprise and clutched at her helmet while swinging erratically with her lightsaber to keep Mar and Serenity at bay. The acid was quick, eating through the helmet and causing toxic fumes to fill her nostrils as she fumbled for the catch to release her helmet.

The helmet eventually popped open and fell away, just in time too as small burns on the Assassin's face were prominent. The Female's eyes were red and yellow and bloodshot. Her pale skin red with acid burns. She was bald with prominent black tattoos decorating her scalp. She glowered at the chicken that had managed to get the best of her and curled her fingers as purple arcs of electricity began arcing between them. She was about to fry this chicken and serve it up with some potatoes...

Mar, had become distracted by the sight of Ghost falling backwards, her arm had come off again and it seemed her legs were failing her. Mar could see the fear on the young girl's face as the Male Assassin moved in to deliver a killing blow.

And it was then that all hell broke loose as the entire street lit up with explosions and blaster fire. Quint had suddenly appeared, lightsaber in hand, while Rowan surged in on a speeder and forced the assassins back.

Mar smirked. "About damn time you two showed up, I was beginning to worry." He looked to Ghost and ran to her, gesturing to Serenity to help him out. "Come on, up you go. It's okay, our friends finally decided to show up... And it looks like they brought company..." Mar said as more bounty hunters erupted into the street.
