Two Jedi Walk Into A Bar...

Mar took the pendant from Serenity and held it tenderly in his hands before finally sliding the chain around his neck. He felt more at ease when he wore the pendant, like she was always by his side, guiding him to make better choices than he had in the past. With that settled he nodded to Serenity. "Take some time to get ready then join me in the cargo bay, we'll take my speeder to the settlement, no sense in putting you through another arduous walk through the desert." He grinned hoping the smile would defuse any tension that remained between them after their latest heated exchange.

By the time the two were ready Mar was already waiting on his speeder with the cargo bay ramp lowered. Once Serenity was on he shot out of the cargo bay and out into the hot desert air. It was surprisingly how quickly it took them to reach the settlement. Once they found proper parking they hopped off and Mar looked to Serenity.

"I suppose we ought to wait for Rowan and the others to arrive at the space port..." Mar's lips curled into a wry grin. "Or perhaps we can start looking into our little Sith problem?" He gestured with a nod towards the nearby cantina. "No better place to gather information..."
