And the shadows and staff started to turn on Varan. Her own shadow leaping up to pin her in place. Luna sent a powerful wave of shadow energy at her.

Shadow appeared before her. He grabbed the staff. “ this belongs to the princess of the dark elf’s it’s not a toy child.” he said. He could not affect or hurt Varan he could however take the staff as it was directly connected to him and Luna. She used her magic to disappear in a ball of shadows then reappear in-front of Varan. She to grabbed the staff. There was again a powerful shock wave of magic and the shadow that was snaking it’s way up Varan’s arm started to weeken her drowning from her power. There was a brilliants to Luna’s eyes. She may not have been older then this new half elf but she was definitely more powerful not only that the staff was directly connect to her. Even though the half elf though it was connected to her she was wrong. “ The luner staff is not a toy it will not obey you it will only drain your strength and power and if you want to live return the staff to me I won’t allow anyone else to die because of my magic assassin help me get my staff back and I will see to it that your deal in honored” she said. Shadows rose up and coiled around her protecting her from the attack’s of the ice elf. Shadow merely chuckled.

OOC: just a heads up that staff has protective spells on it it will never actually be of use to Varan infant it will kill her slowly and painfully the spell protecting the staff we first accidentally triggered by Balar at the beginning of the rpg.
