Digging Out

"I guess the only way out is to dig." grumbled the Dward Ifran and after a quiet exchange he and his female companion, a Dwarf with cropped blonde hair and bright blue eyes began to work on the snow canopy.

"We best help them." Tiella said as she began to shovel snow aside with her hands. Balar followed without question and soon they were carving a tunnel upwards through the frozen wall.

The dome began to collapse as they drove onward and soon it gave way entirely, breaking open to show the bright blue of the morning sky above. They were buried about ten feet down so it took quite a scramble to get them back topside.

Erik remained below resting from his efforts and several of the others seemed content to rest for a short while after the bloody battle. The two Dwarves were eager to be off and made their farewells, offering thanks to the group.
