Further Observation

A frown crossed the Half-Elf's face as the passage collapsed once more. Evidently, Miles' magic would not hold forever, a fact that Garand thought to keep close in the future. With Tiella's healing, he was strong enough to walk again, though still hobbled; running was out of the question. Nevertheless, being able to stand on his own two feet was quite the improvement, he would have to thank Tiella at some point.

A sudden panic from the others, mostly Tiella herself, knocked the Half-Elf from his thoughts. Apparently, some others had not made it past the rocks in time, they were trapped. Before Garand could even think of a solution, Luna sprang into action, using some sort of teleportation magic to bring the two stragglers back. Garand had to admit, this Elf's magic was unlike anything he had ever seen, it was as if her spells were fueled by the very shadows of the cavern. Interesting indeed.

The shadows dispersed and there they all were, everything was fine until Majvoc went and struck the Elven girl. There were gasps and screams as the thief moved upon Luna, luckily Kespin knocked the man down with his own magic, and when he spoke to Luna he seemed the sanest at that moment Garand had ever seen him. At this, Garand concluded that Majvoc did not like magic, and he promptly backed away for fear of possibly riling him up again. Tiella was a Half-Elf, and the thief did not appear especially angered by her presence. Perhaps it was only full-bloods that ticked him off? He glanced at the healer, brows furrowed with concentration as he tried to gauge how apparent her elven nature was. Her hair did obscure her ears. Then perhaps no one knew? Garand's gaze snapped back to the thief as he rose to his feet.
