Lore : The Path of Shadows

Elves are creatures of light, but as with all races there are some amongst them that seek the shadow. Those that follow the dark path are not necessarily evil but the are feared and mistrusted, sometimes even outcast.

Elven memory is long and in the age before the Ragnarok their people were sundered by the workings of so called dark elves, who were eventually defeated and banished to Svartalfar where night reigns eternal.

Amongst the Shill-Aelef (lost elves) of Midgard acolytes of shadow are rare, and while not true dark elves, they long not for Alfheim but for the forgotten secrets of their sundered kin and a path to Svartalfar the land of night.
