OOC - Daylight Savings Time

I'm going to call it now...

Starting tomorrow, the time difference between when we put up a post and when OW thinks we put up a post will change from +5 hours to +4 hours. This is because the title phenomenon begins tomorrow, will change the time zone of the eastern part of the United States from UTC -5 to UTC -4. If anyone would like to guess why there is a time difference between when we put up our posts and when OW thinks we put up our posts, and why Daylight Savings time effects that time difference, be my guess...

I wonder if it would be easy and economical to fix that issue if we identified the root cause?
