Who?

-The Orchard; Morning of 2 DSTR-

Tyreth thought the meeting was going well, kind of, definitely progress was being made and the underlying implication that the women and their opinions mattered to him was slowly filtering through to them. Some will take longer than others, like Zarah who apparently had only known the cruelest masters in her past, others like Yvette will need some time to process things and then there is the enigmatic Cordelia who he struggles to fathom, she is the temptress in her poise but forever defiant in the eyes and challenging him and as they say, the eyes are the gateway to the soul.

Taking a breath for a moment, he answers her question, "Whatever people want to talk about. Their opinions on exactly how to get this place back to what it used to be and who better than the people who had first hand experience? And not just that, anything that concerns them whatsoever, albeit a squeaky door through to needing some medical assistance. If it is their problem then it is my problem too and this is their chance to open up and, all being well we can do this again next week and discuss progress or anything new that has arisen."

Replying to Cordelia, Tyreth realises that he has missed the departing Yvette, one of the pleasures in watching her walk; he just hopes that the wiser Ellen reminds the young woman that they are to dress a little conservatively whilst off the grounds.

Giselle, a hard worker within the orchards, shapely in features and known to enjoy the fruit of her labours, and in these past few days taken on the mantle of forewoman, starts to talk about the crop on the trees. Her concern evident in her voice that already some of the crop is ruined and brings Tyreth into a discussion into strategising how to salvage what they can into a respectable yield this year....
and then there is the knock on the door.

Tyreth silently smiles and nods to Cordelia and Maxine for sorting it out between themselves and he says, he will be there shortly, as this issue is important for everyone. However, he has noticed the tension between the 2 women which he thinks is odd as he had always thought that both of them had been close previously.
