Moving out of the way of the horse when Artem pulled at the reins, she realized the cold air that was between them. It was though the heat that at some point kept her warm had disappeared. Still standing there, her fists clenched and unclenched.

When he turned to look at her, she returned the favor and looked up at him- though her body remained facing where the horse once stood. Taking a sigh, she took steps towards the exit of the stables where they stood. "I believe so. For transparency, I too was going after Ms. Hibiscus. But if you don't want to travel with me, I completely understand." The tone remained flat, and her eyes were shifty when speaking. Pushing a blonde piece of hair behind her ear, she pulled at the edge of the hood.

"I don't believe that of all humans." It came out before she could stop what she was saying. The subject of their distance had now been accounted for- and where it could leave her was unknown at the moment.
