Investigation

Adisla stood in the Sheriff of Ragodast's office, her hands braced on the back of the chair in front of her as she glared down at the man. He sat in his chair, for his legs were quivering far too much as he looked into the hollow black eyes of Adisla's helm. Smirking as she leaned forward and down to get on his eye level, she growled out, "How do you let this happen as soon as I leave to report the status of this region as 'quiet' and 'without serious threat?'"

Standing up, she walked around the side of the desk and put her right hand on the desk and placed her left on the back corner of his chair. Leaning down to look directly into his face, she scrutinized him carefully. Sweating like a pig, his eyes slightly bloodshot and glossy. His breathing was erratic, but worst of all was the faint stench of liquor that came from his breath. That man was sensible enough to not drink before she came to meet him, but the after effects clearly pointed to the fact that he may have been intoxicated on the night of the events.

Snarling her lip up, she threw his chair back and spun it slightly so that she was standing in from of him directly. Leaning down and placing her right hand on the armrest of his chair, she brought her left hand up and summoned a sparking ball of electricity that danced between her fingertips. Holding it close enough to his face that it began to spark off hic cheek like little shocks of static electricity that is transferred to a metallic surface after you shuffle your feet. Sweing him flinch away, she brought her right hand up to hold his face still as she spoke, "You had better hope this criminal is found soon, and brought back alive. I have been embarrassed before my Lord, and I want to kill someone. Either the criminal who caused my false report, or the man who failes to maintain the security in my absence."

Letting go of his head and pushing him back into his chair as she dissipated the ball of lightning, she stood and stepped back from him before turning to heas towards the door. Stopping at the door frame, she looked back over her shoulder and spoke in a much less menacing tone, "Now, send a messenger to whoever you sent after the ruffians. You have received my terms, one of you will die by my hand, the decision is yours."

Leaving the building, she walked down the main street of the city, she looked around at the bustling people who went about their daily business. Seeing the main inn of the town, she strode towards it, counting on the barrier to have some local information that would help her sniff out any other criminals in the area.

(Ooc- It is the same inn as Ceriden and Sabina. Also, unless you want me to kill the sheriff -I wouldnt mind lol- could y'all include a quick blurb of a messenger with Oruvand and Kalena)
