Who are you?
Leaning on the doorway as he spoke, she focused on keeping the features of her face stone still. He was looking for a person, aye? It had been over 30 years since she had been around another being. Eyes darted from mouth to hands, her body tensing and preparing for him to pull out a weapon. To her liking, it wasn’t. Rolling her shoulder backs as to relax her muscles, she looked at the scroll. Oh yes, it was the exact person she was going after. Raising her eye brow and pointing a finger at the paper as to gesture towards Ms. Hibiscus’ beautiful features, she nodded. “Why yes, I have seen her.”
Looking up she then squeezed in the space that was left between the stranger, and her front door. Closing the door tightly behind her, she pulled out a plain silver key, and locked her home in hopes to keep thieves out. Sliding the key into the inside pocket of her cloak, she turned to him once more. “Who are you, and why are you asking?” Eyeing his posture as she worked her way back up to his eyes, she thought about how rusty her combat skills would be.
