"Look, were gonna have to split up" Phil said "Go find a way to the
engine room from your side and we'll meet you there."
"As you've got the direct route wouldn't it be easier for you to lay
the explosives and we'll bring the shuttle round to the docking bay
on the other side?"
"No..."
"Why?"
"We've got the explosives.." Phil explained "But you've got the
detonators."
"Ah"

Phil and his group moved away from the blast door, after Eric and
Dante were convinced that it was staying closed.
"I've got the blueprints here," said Phil, "so all we need to do is
follow it and meet them there."
"No problems then." Eric replied, with little confidence in his voice.
After walking in silence for a few minutes, with the four checking
for any signs of other inhabitants, real or otherwise, Eric heard
something.
"Did anyone here that?" Eric called out, a quiver in his voice.
"Hear what?" Jack replied quietly.
"There it is again, it's louder, closer."
"I still can't hear anything." Jack said.
"It sounds like... it sounds like," Eric started to go pale.
"Calm down, nothing's there." Phil said gently.
"Shut it, Phil!" Eric suddenly yelled. "You don't know what's after
us, me."
Eric started speaking quietly again after his outburst. "These
androids won't stop until they get me, and will happily kill anyone
in their way. And I mean happily."
"Simulants?"
"Yeah, but not your normal ones. These are much, much smarter, more
methodical, more... insane. And they hunt very, very well."
"Why would they be after you?"
"Because they... they killed my parent's, they work for one of the...
the... G-ganfia crime lords, but they went mad, butchering the whole
m-mob group. Also... ..." Eric's eyes suddenly went wide as he
grabbed a gun from somewhere on his person, fired aimlessly into the
dark-lit corridor ahead, then dropped his weapon, turned around and
ran like buugery.
However, not too far behing Erid was a very solid, very metal pole,
which resounded with a very metallic clang when Eric smacked into it.
Eric fell down, not unconcious but ery groggy. Fortunately, the
illusion of the simulants had gone, for now.
