Another time, but same place...
The group continued down the dirty coridoor towards engineering Dante took
the lead with a bazokoid, trying to do forward rolls every couple of meters.
Niples, Jenny and CK followed him with Amber trailing behind and Efof
still staring at her.
"Does the rolling help?" Asked Niples.
"Yeah, the rolling helps". Replied Dante who was very out of breath. CK had
stoped to examine the computer access panel on the wall, The date read 2109
but as he turned around to tell the others what he discovered the air ripled
once again and instead of a dirty coridoor, there was a gleaming white one.
He checked the date again to find that the date was now 2311.
He turned around to find the others totally transfixed on five figures who
faced them, five very familiar figures. As the first stepped forward CK saw
himself, his future self, staring back at him...
"Alright mate?" The future CK was wearing wierd cloaths which seemed
similar to an oficers uniform, but there where some very different insignia
that present CK didnt recognise. Behind him were Amber, Dante, and Jenny all
in similar uniforms. Efof was there too but he looked almost exactly the
same.
"Oh my god!" Said Jenny. "Your me, I mean you, I mean us "
"Thats right" her future self awnsered. "we knew that the time slips would
bring us together but not for long".
"Wait a miniute" said CK indicating to future Amber. "If your from after
when Amber went mad, how come shes normal now?"
"Thats easy" said future Amber as she stepped forward. "Because you guys saw
that now, you were able to avoid it happening."
"I hate time travel!"
"Now listen to me" said the future CK "I have something very important to
tell you"....
"Hold on" Inturupted Niples "If you guys are all here, where am I?" The
people from the future looked at each other for a moment.
"Your um, out golfing" said Dante in the end.
"Your lying" said Niples. "Something happens to me, something terribble."
"Not so much terrible," said Efof "More disgusting."
"We dont have much time," insisted CK "now listen to me, you gotta...." and
with that the air rippled again and the five figures disapeared....
"We gotta what?"..................
