Retaking control

Who:- Jay, Alota sneaking around Metal-Gear-styleeee
Where:- Outside the Drive Room
 
Jay and Alota peered around the corner in the corridor that led to the Drive Room. Either side of the door were two of the first gelf's elite guards. And they could guess there were several more within. "Theres no way just two of us can take them...." Jay muttered, pulling his back around the corridor.
"Drive room's out then..." said Alota. "Smeg, wheres a security force when you need them?"
"Wait a minute!" Jay said suddenly "How can we have been so stupid?!"
"What?!" Alota said
"You're the captain, you've got the highest security code on the ship! Why waste our time trying to storm the drive room when you can just give Holly your code and set a lockdown...!"
"Honey!" said Alota "You're a genius! This is exaclty why I love you!" she turned away from her husband and turned to one of Holl'y interface's while Jay kept a look out.
"HOLLY!!!" she whispered
Holly's face appeared on screen."Lockdown your system to everyone except Me. Jay or Phil!" she said "Oh make sure you check for a pulse before allowing any of us access!" she quickly added, remembereing the hordes of dead Jay clones that could be amongst the dead-army, or Evil-Phil...or Phil himself in fact, like Chris Harris he too was a clone, of a digital copy of the original Phil who was probably right now happily working his way through tearing a por crewman apart limb from limb. Probably one wearing a red coloured shirt.
"Sorry Alota..." said Holly, "I can't.."
"WHY?!"
"I can't access the security files..." his image was flickering, his voice crackly "There's a foreign program in my software....and norton anti-virus doesn't recognise it...it's probably some spyware but Keto uninstalled Ad-aware!"
"how long will it take you to fix?!"
"I don't know...by the time I've downloaded updates from norton and re-started windows...Oh god dam it!! It's installing Microsoft Service pack 2 in my system! you're looking at at least a fortnight!!"
"Oh never mind! We'll find another way!"
They couldn't have known it, but the foreign program was in fact the personality of 'The Gun tm" Which had installed itself in Holly's system.
"So what now?!" said Alota "Engineering and your office are the only  places with emergency command system access! And engineering's swarming with zombies and everyone's fighting on the nav-deck so we can't get to either!!"
"Hold that thought.....I've got an idea" said Jay.

Where:- AR Suite
 
Jay and Alota entered, "What" asked Alota "Are we doing here?!"
"You're about to love me even more!" said Jay he lifted a panel of the wall of the AR suite and pulled two wires from the maintenance panel, he cut them then twisted them together so that they were crosswired.
"What are you doing Jay?!"
"Simple!" he replied "Hook yourself into that AR unit..I'll take this one"
Alota reluctantly agreed and stapped herself in to the AR machin, Jay did the same and loaded a program.
The room flashed white and across Alota and Jay's vision came the words "THANK YOU FOR RUNNING THE BLUE DWARF GUIDE! You're guide to tourist attraction's, shopping and dining on the JMC Blue Dwarf! - Fly JMC"
"JAY WHAT THE HELL?!" 
"Alota, I accessed this file by accident a few weeks ago when Phil and I were gonna play Tekken....it's basically an interactive map of the ship, and loads a computer generated Blue Dwarf"
"But why did you load this?! We've got more important thing to worry about!" she said as she fleetingly glanced at a big red arrow hovering in the middle of the promenade that said cheerily "Follow me to go to the medi-bay! And meet the ever-cheery medical staff", she brushed it aside. "Perhaps you'd rather visit McDonalds?!"
"Because Alota," said Jay "I've hotwired the Blue Dwarf so that we can control it from within this program! Come one lets get to the drive room!"
