Re: [JMC_Blue_Dwarf] The Starbug lands

CK went upto Python.
"Good job, Python!" he said. "Looks like we're going to wipe out
this zombie invasion at the rate we're going!"
"Yeah!"
CK looked at Miranda. He didn't completley recognise her but
thought she looked very familiar.
"Hey! Have I seen you somewhere?" he asked.
<end snip>
Who: Python, Miranda, everyone else going to planet
Where: Planet of the Dead
When: After Starbug lands
***
Miranda's throat locked up, making it difficult to speak. "Nn-" she
said.
"Huh?" CK looked at her oddly. Python let off a blast of gunfire
right beside her and she jumped.
"Nnn... nuhh-" she looked around wildly, trying to think of
something. "Nurse," she said finally. "I'm a nurse."
"Oh, right." He frowned, trying to remember when he'd seen her
before, but a group of zombies broke off from the main pack and
started charging towards them over a hill. "Well we'll probably be
needing some serious medical attention soon."
Miranda aimed at one of the nearest zombies and let off a shot, that
nearly knocked her off her feet. By accident, the gun slipped
upwards at the last second and the zombie's head blew away in an
explosion of gore.
"Now you're getting the hang of it!" Python shouted over the gunfire.
"How long are we supposed to do this?"
"Until the captain gives us orders!"
"Oh... ok..." she let out a yelp of fright as a one-armed zombie
crawled towards her. Someone had taken it down, but not killed it.
Its arm was hanging off by a thin strip of flesh.
She fired at its head. It blew open with a thick liquidy sound and
blood splattered onto her uniform.
"Eww!" She cried. She realised if she ever actually lived through
this, she would almost certainly be discovered and would probably
lose her job for impersonating a medical officer. More than
anything, she didn't want that. She'd rather die than be seperated
from her brother.
Angrily, she blasted away at the zombies, trying to keep her back
turned to the crew in case they got a good look at her.
