"It could have been a hive worker you know." He dropped down intothe vent behind Trisees and closed the grate over. "I mean, sure, itwas only a mop, but it could quite easily have been a slaveringmonster."

Trisees stopped in the vent causing Rufus to nearly crash into him.
  "I heard that" He said mildly surprised.
  "Yes, you have a reciever plugged into your brain. Keep moving or we'll never get there" Rufus said inwardly smiling at the scientist's reaction. As they crawled a;ong the ducting
 Rufus had plenty of time to think. He wondered why Trisees had pinged him to be this 'child genius' type, granted he was more intelegent than some people but not nearly enough to live up to the reputaion Trisees had. It was in his nature to help people, and Rufus saw in Trisees a man who needed help, and who could be a friend. Seeing how the reciever Trisees had at the moment worked gave him an idea for a pair of 'ears.'

"Ouch...wouldn't wanna be climbing through the ventilation ducts rightnow....." Jay murmered as he "Yahoo'ed!" and continued to merrily blowthings to smithereens.

Snapping out of his thoughts Rufus thought he heard a noise behind him. A rushing noise like the sound of air escaping, he also noticed that the temperature was warming up in the ducting.
  "Can you hear that?" He said out loud. Trisees looked back and simply raised an eyebrow at Rufus. "Ok, sorry. I forgot. Yeah, it sounds like aiir escaping the ducts, or a massive fireball heading this way." Rufus tailed off as he added two and two together. "Ah. May I suggest we step up the pace a little sir?"
