and grabbed it, instantly feeling himself again. He swung it in
front of him in a way only a final fantasy character could.
"so, how do we get down there?" Amber said, using John for balance,
as the nano's aligned themselves to her abilities.

Keats took a step forward whilst looking at the map Jack had torn off
the wall earlier. The stairs should take them down there.
'Right follow me'
He took a step forward, and then felt an annoyingly familiar haze
before a feeling of walking through a slow-time waterfall. The sky
was a morning orange, the lake was a quicksilver expanse, tempting
those around onto it. Keats stood there, that is, his persona stood
there, and it faced one of the Jacks, who was hovering half a
centimeter off the lake top. They looked at each other for a minute
before John smiled and walked to him, taking up the same floating
stance as the Jack did. Neither noticed the stranger standing on one
of the far shores, why would they, only these two could exist in
Johns mind....
'I can feel it you know, myself, well, not ME obviously, but the
stench of another unbound Jack...'
Keats nodded, he was talking about The Gun(TM)'s general life-force,
they were standing inside it so it was strong.
'And i can sense the bound one to, i trust hes well'
'He is well, Jack'
'I took the liberty of sitting quite clandestine in your mind, i have
been working through possible ways of restoring the unbounds sanity,
i need to get to the hub'
'the hub?'
'Yes, the hub of this Diracian sea, i can then interface with the
unbound's system and reconnect it to work properly again'
'How do we know that you wont just link up with the Jack and kill us
all?'
Jack gave Keats a look of utter disgust.
'I wish for my own body, one i dont have to share with ANYONE else,
now, youd better get going'
From the other side of the lake, a figure stood, hearing every word.
'Where... where am i....'
The voice was Ambers...

Keats eyes flickerd open. Jack, the REAL Jack was looking at him,
their faces were barely an inch apart.
'Jack'
'Yes John?'
'Get the hell off me'
'Sorry mate. Umm, by the way, when you fell, Amber fell to, at first
i thought it was cause she were resting on you, but, she seemed to be
unresponsive'
Amber awoke, and shiverd, she turned to John.
'Where... where am i now?'
'In the Guns Diracian sea'
'But, i was... a lake, so peaceful, you where there, and you'
She pointed to Keats and Jack.
John froze for a moment.
'You were where?'
'A lake, it was morning, you two were talking'
'Side effect from the nanos?' Jack offerd.
'Perhaps... Amber.. you... i dont know how, but.. you were in my ID..

Amber nodded, she was very pale.
