The newest Quicky (yes, the hip flask to beat all hip flasks)

Jack wandered into his room, which was now slightly messed up, his search
earlier for special items had caused several piles of neatly balanced
rubbish to fall over. He started to pick them up.
"huh?" he said, as he noticed a small blue piece of paper at the bottom of
one of the piles. He picked it up.
At the top it said:
'The Quantumly Unified Ionised Chrono Kapacitating Yariometer, QUICKY
flask.'
underneath was a complex picture and MANY notes by the side, in the centre
was a hip flask shaped picture.
"hmmm..." he mused, as he turned around and made for the science labs.
As he arrived, his boots were covered in Clone gloop, he didn't really care,
it was his DNA after all, its just like bleeding over them, then kicking Jay
and making him bleed on them...
He entered, and was greeted by NSD, who glanced down at the blueprint, Jack
held it up.
"can you make this?, if you can, you can make one for yourself too, but
after that, burn the blueprint" he said, as the sciency guy looked at it,
his eyes opened wide.
"i can indeed, come back here in" he looked at the blueprint again. "four
days" he finished.
"ok" Jack said, as he turned and left, he made his way to Parrotts, he knew
someone that he wanted to talk to was there.
Inside, he walked straight up to the bar.
"ok, i need... 2 bottles of whiskey, 3 of fortified wine and ummm...a botte
of Hydrochloric acid" he said, paying the man with the small amount he
always carried around for this sort of thing. while he waited, he looked
around.
Jay, sitting in the corner, many pint glasses were sat on the table.
Luckily they were all still full, he rubbed his hands in glee and picked up
the first.
"ahh, there you are" Jack said, sitting at the same table.
"can't talk, catching up on drinking" Jay said, starting to guzzle the first
glass.
Jack leant over and whispered something in his ear, Jay sprayed the beer
over his table, and turned to face Jack, he was shaking, and a smile was
erupting on his face, almost literally from ear to ear, he was speechless.
