Friendly rivalry

OOC- I do god hope that we havent got to the dwarf yet, aint read
anything in Yahoo saying so... but we all know how unpredictable it

Who: Keats, Jack, Whoevers with Jay on the Phoenix

The many shuttles, custom ships and other space worthy vessels tore
out of the atmosphere, leaving lovely red heat tracks, and in one
case, nauseous yellow fusion trails. The Endymion roared through the
outer layers of teh planet with gusto, what it lacked in style,
efficiency, firepower, armour, life support, medical support,
carrying weight and a thousand other incredibly important systems, it
made up for with sheer speed, sound and effect, infact it was a
quantum phenomenom, as when at top speed it can actually e HEARD
through vaccum it was so damn loud.
It sped through and did a litle spin past a 'Bug.
The bug shot friendly laser fire at it.
Keats leaned back and opend up the comms threads, Jack was in the
back seat.
'Hey man! wanna see what this baby can do... i feel like a challenge'
'Please Keats, i just wanna get back to our bunk, have a shower, and
drink myself into a surley oblivion'
'Well, i can provide one of the two!'
Keats opend the mini airlock between the two pressurised compartments
and placed the Quicky There.
'Sorted! Tho, ar you sure you can fly this, i mean, not ten minutes
ago you went skitz!'
'I got the hang of it... by the way, press the small green button to
the left of your seat'
Jack did, without question.
'Please insert control medium....'
Ahhh, now, press the yellow then red button Jack'
He did, from a small compartment 'The Gun(TM)' Fell down.
It moaned and cured Keats.
'Now, enter the nozel intot he floor panel to your right'
With much effort, He did so.
'Control Medium accepted, Diverting all computing to medium source,
freeing up control rods, Maximum performance enhaned 12%'
Keats pressed a few more buttns and opend up a tight beam to the
Phoenix, and turned off comms to the back compartment with Jack in it.
'Jay! Wanna see whos got the faster ship? I wager Jacks hipflask, you
in?'
