Time Jump day - Can someone get rid of this circus midget....

Location :Phil's Lab
Time : Quarter pass cheese(the clocks mutated due to the virsu)
 
The day of the time jump to rescue Penny LLoyd had finally arrived. There was just one problem. A small problem. Actually it was a circus midget following Phil about all day. Everywhere. It would be so bad, but there was seven of them. They were also in a little car.
 
They all had name tags which read: Snooty, Buzzing, Clap, Blow-me, Harris,  Homer & Thall-shalt-not-kill-any-circus midgets
 
"So what is that thing then Guv," Asked Buzzing, pointing at the time fridge.
 
"IIt's a time machine. Don't touch that Clap!"
 
"Soorrrry boss."
 
"Stop calling me boss."
 
"Yes guv."
 
Phil looked about. The lab was desrted exccpet for a medical kart he had borrowed from Dr Kato(having removed the ointment first). Getting into the time fridge. He clsed the door. Saddam activated the automatic time displacment circuits, which imedialty fried, rendering them useless to be used ever again. Phil now had 1 hour to complete his mission.
 
** aprox 2 weeks ago on board "Warship Blue Dwarf **
 
Phil had materilsed in side the "Ladies" of the Warship. Lukly, it wasn't in use at the time. So he ran out and headed towards the bridge, catching site of his evil double chasing after a hamster. Phil chuckled to himself, know what fate had in store for his doppleganger.
 

Deathwish sat down with Penny Lloyd again and waited for the timer to count down to zero.
 
Deathwish looked up and saw Phil steping over the smoking body of Captain Harris.
 
"Sorry Deathwish, I can only take one back with me. If you like I can tell Harris you died trying to save her," he said pointing at Penny.
 
"Sure Phil. Why not. Just one Thing?"
 
"Yes?"
 
"Was it a good funeral?"
 
"Let's just say that if I could have cried, I would have done."
 
"Cool. Good Luck."
 
"May you find find the peace in death you missed in life!"
 
"Eh?"
 
"Bye!"
 
Penny felt the blood leaking from her body, everytthing was going black, she remained still but felt like she was moving, not physically in this dimension, but maybe spiritually into another dimension. This was actualy Phil dragging her through the ship before the bomb exploded.
 
The bomb clicked onto zero and the bomb exploded. Igniting the huge engines and fuel tanks, soon the rest of the ship caught fire and shattered into a billion pieces. Being dragged by the force of gravity to the planet the Warship had been in close proximity to.
 
** Back in normal time **
 
Phil had managed to bring back Penny. But the circus midgets were still there. But to make things worse. There was now 21 of them.
 
"I take it things aren't quite right here" gasped Penny
 
"That is a smegging understatment. I think I should take you to see someone first...."
 
** Nipples office : 10 mins later, having patched up Penny first  in the infermary(no ointment)**
 
Phil walked in supporting Penny. Nipples was trying to batter away a couple of "silly-Buggers" (creatures which were solidifeid swear words) and so failed to notice both phil and Penny walk in.
 
"Ehem.." coughed Penny, startling Nipples.......
