Security, Ballet, and we\'re all doomed
<SNIP>
"OH SMEG!!!" shouted Jack, as he and Dante sprinted off to the
hangar, meeting Phil and Dean on their way, they all ran into the
hangar.
<END SNIP>
"Dudes it gets worse." said Dean as they sprinted towards the
rapidly closing hanger door."
"How can it get worse, in 4 minutes 23 seconds Phil here goes
superhuman! It'll be Thursday then see." said Jack.
"Yes. But, well, in that hanger...it's the Space Eagle Mk II."
"Oh no." said Phil.
"Yup." Dean pointed out as the door shut.
"Well, we tried." said Phil, "Let's go find my daughter."
"Phil sir." said Jack, "Umm.. whilst finding your daughter is
important, if we don't stop Jay there won't be a ship to find her
on."
"Gaaah!" said Phil, torn between the two options.
"Was that him going superhuman?" asked Jack.
"No, that was him going "Gaaah!"" said Dean.
"Just checking...well, Dean, you're a pilot, you want to let us into
the hanger?"
"Can't."
"What, but your the 2nd in command!"
"Yup, but only Kayn and Jay and the commanding officer have access
to that hanger."
"Who's Kayn?" asked Jack, confused.
"Oh, he left just after I arrived. No connection." Dean hastened to
add.
"Can't Holly let us in?" asked Phil, rejoining the conversation,
having decided to save the ship first, and save the daughter later.
"Ask him." Dean said simply, whilst pointlessly hammering on the
door, which suddenly imploded..Dean fell through into the rapidly
emptying hanger.
"What the..." started Jack before being sucked into the vacumn and
disappearing through the door, and shortly followed by Phil.
Dean, who had managed to grab hold of a pipe caught Jack who caught
Phil.
"Well..." Jack shouted through the noise of air rushing out. "This
is a pickle and a half."
"We're lucky though." said Phil
"This is LUCKY?!" Dean yelled at him, as they moved up and down
against the onrushing air.
"Because the door to teh corridor blew, we have more air then we'd
otherwise have. Bad news is that most of the air on the BD is
disappearing out those bay doors."
Whilst Dean tried to get his head round that, Jack asked the obvious
question.
"How do we get out of this?"
"With difficulty." said Phil, "I recommend that you start climbing
up Dean until you can grab hold of the pipe as well. Then I'll do
the same, and see if we can form a chain the other way, and reach
the hatchway back into the corridor."
"Sounds good, You start off then, you're at the back, climb over me
then over Dean here."
"Right." Phil started to clamber over Jack and Dean in an attempt to
reach the pipe.
<MEANWHILE, IN THE DRIVEROOM>
"Uh-oh" said Cerebrum, noticing the big flashing red light on the
screen. He went over for a closer look. He then looked at the
security camera screen and saw Dean, Phil and Jack involved in what
looked like some weird ballet as they desperately reached for the
door against the air rushing out. "We should send someone to help
them..." he started when a loud alarm started to sound. "RED ALERT!
MINIMUM AIR LEVELS REACHED!" Holly blared out across the ship, and
the the trio's door to salvation started to close...
