Arrival Of Dante And Charlie

Where:Right next to a Hymenoptera ship
Who: Dante Wendigo and Charlie
The bedragled curtains blew in the wind. Letting small amounts of light to
flicker through. The holes in the wall marked where a fire fight had once
raged. There was a single mirror with a bullet hole in the middle and bits
of shattered glass lay on the table below it. A green blood type stain
smeared the walls. As the dust settled a dark figure stared grimacly into
the mirror, in the dim light of his darkened chamber, the character slided
his oak style top drawer open to reveile a glimmering knife on a scarlet red
silk coshion. In the darkend room the knife catches he light as he raised
the perfectly sharpend blade to his throat. Then there was a ear piecing
scream.
Dante awoke with a jolt. "What is Dante? Another Flashback?" Dante the 6ft
7, monster of a humanoid was sweating madly. "Yes" he mangaged to spit out,
between long hard breathes. "what was it?" Charlie the AI robot was hovering
right in Dante's face, Dante looked at his reflection in the freshly
polished head of Charlie. "Get out of my face Charlie," The 300lbs gaint
swang out of his bed with a mightly thud pushing Charlie ou of the way with
one of his mammoth size hands. One of these hands could have crushed your
head easily. " And Charlie I thought you where on sensor duty u stupid rust
can." Said Dante as he shurgged his vest on heaved his sail size trousers.
"Well yes, but....there was nothing out there and u screamed, so I thought i
had better check on you. So was it another flash back?" Charlie was buzzing
about like a child at christmas. Dante was still dizzly from waking up, so
dreamaly he replied, "Yea, it was. Do you remember when we went back to my
old house where my father and mother was killed." Dante callapsed into the
pilots seat facing back down the escape craft. "Yea, you cut yourself
shaving with ur dads razor!!" Charlie fell apart in a fit of giggles. "So
nothing on the sensors then Charlie?" Trying to change the subject quickly.
"Err No mate nothing, Abou..."
"PROXIMITY WARNING!! CAUTION, 4 MINUTES TILL COLLITION" The tanoy system
eropted with warnings, and the lights all went red and started to flash.
"You useless piece of alloy metal sh*t" Dante's face was red as a beedroot,
"You said there was nothing out here!" Dante swang round to face the console
but he did not know wheather do leap for joy or knock Charlie in to a new
orbit. "Sorrrrrrrryyyyy, mate, I must have missed it" Charlie was trying to
be apolgetic, but he was really more excited about getting of this rudy
ship. "Missed it, Missed it, Theres a least 100 of them out here." Dante was
now franically trying to slow the craft down and pull it out of its current
course. The next 5 to 10 minutes passed silently, as Dante pulled the small
craft, found 23yrs earlier, which looked like a white school bus with wings,
they came to a rest about 2miles away from the closest ship, and slightly
above. The closest ship was about 5 miles long and a deep shade of blue. "
Very good Charlie, only the second ship since Char, and the first for 20 odd
years and you nearly hit it."
"I nearly hit!" Charlie bit back and rose a couple of inches in the air.
Dante slowly turned his head to face the hovering collection of metal and
gave him the most deathly look ever. Charlie sunk straight back down again.
Dante's frown turned into the biggest smile to ever come across his sullen
face. "Charlie I could kiss you right now, Come here you!" Dante rose upt
and went to embrass Charlie, but Charlie was gone already. "Dante last time
u went to hug me, You spend a month putting me back together." Dante turned
back to look at the fleet of ships. "PROXIMITY WARNING!! CAUTION, WE ARE
TOO CLOSE BACK AWAY OR PREPARE TO DOCK" Dante again turned to the console
and punched in some keys with his enourmous sausage like fingers. "DOCKING
PROCEDURE BEGAN, WE WILL BE DOCKED IN 3 MINUTES AND 26 SECONDS" The lights
came back on and the room was full of white light again. "Charlie we did it"

"Seymour, Jack there seems to be a small craft trying to dock with us" Efof
looks confused. "Destroy it" Jack Dontno raped at Efof. "Well sir it really
doesnt seem to be any form of Hymenoptera ship. Its to small. It looks more
like a school bus." "Just dont let it dock, What are u doing Efof dont let
it dock!" Jack yelled. "I cant stop it. They have over writen the door mechs
for cargo hold two." Efof went a little paler. Jack turned and shouted
"Someone get security o Cargo Hold Two NOW!!"
