Stuck in a Loop

Amber lay on her back, the stomach cramps were almost constant when she didn't get a fix regularly, aftet all Bliss was the most adictive substance in the known universe, and so therefore had the worse affects when you didn't take it. She rolled over and watched as a small black beetle crawled across the floor, oblivious to it's surroundings. Slowly Amber reached out a hand and let the beetle crawl across her hand.
  "I wish I was like you, not a care in the world." The beetle suddenly realized that this was not a nice place to be and scurried over towards the bottom of the bed. The security team had raided the floor a few days ago, after Rufus had visited, although Amber knew her brother wouldn't turn her in. She had managed to hide in an air vent whilst they confiscated her stashes and her wepons, now Amber was left with no way to aquire more Bliss and with no Bliss she couldn't do anything, she was stuck in a loop. It was a risk, but there was only one thing she could do. She got to her feet and was over come with a wave of nausia and dizzyness, she swayed, leaned on the wall for support and began to walk towards Rufus' quarters.
       She pressed the bell and leaned on the door exausted, sinking to the floor she sighed and hoped her brother was in.
       Rufus grumbled, it was 3am. Who called at 3am?! he pulled on some clothes and opened the door, jumping back quickly as Amber fell backwards.
  "Smeg Amber! Are you alright?"
  "I need help Rufus. I can't keep going like this it'll kill me. I don't wanna die." She began to weep. Rufus picked her up, surprised by how much weight she'd lost and put her on the sofa, the door sliding closed behind him.
"I don't feel so good" Amber said holding her stomach.
  "I'll get Mom." Rufus said
  "No! Don't.... don't tell anyone. NOt even Mom and Dad." Amber said gripping onto Rufus shirt with surrising strength.
  "Ok sis, but you know you'll have to tell someone eventually right?" Rufus hugged his sister. Amber nodded and closed her eyes, eventually falling asleep on the sofa.
