In the Line of Fire, part deux
the barely audible sound that was only partially recognisable as a 'yay' was
short lived, as one of the marines spotted keats, the half centimetre figure
flying towards the gum (tm) and opened fire, luckily the marine training
only covered hitting 1.5 metre figures at a distance on 2 kilometres, it
didn't, luckily cover the blasting of a half centimetre man at PB... (go
figure...) the mechanised laugh of the gun (tm) ceased as it sensed the
presence of its master, many lights flashed on the many control panels,
switches switched themselves, and sliders slid. Jack could see this from
the airlock, his eyes lit up, and a huge smile formed on his face...(as if
it could have formed anywhere else...) he pulled up his jacket to reveal the
titanium alloy plate that was part of his anatomy, he touched it in a
combination of places before sliding part of it over, this was then followed
by an 'ooooh' from jay as a button labelled 'bad situation' could be seen...
Jack looked up to jay, smiled and nodded, he pressed it.
The gun began to......
