The Worm squeezed through the hole, snapping and biting at Dean's innards to get to the Phoenix."Its gaining again!"Seymour dived under the table."No.. its not following… its going back! Where are we?""Deans liver," Said Keto. "The amount Dean drinks, there must be too much alcohol for it to survive!"
"SEE HONEY!" Jay said looking smugly in Alota's direction "Excessive Alcohol does have its advantages!"
"Whatever.." said Alota "But it still aint gonna advantage you on a friday night when you come home drunk begging for sex"
"Bu.."
"NO!"
"So what now?" asked Johnny
"What next?" said Canazza "I shower thats what!" he headed toward the rear of the shuttle
Tara who was also caked in filth after the bulkhead burst dashed infront of Canazza "Ladies first!"
"HOLD IT!" Alota shouted "As captain need I remind you both that we are on a mission?! An officers life is at stake, I got sprayed too, getting dirty is part of the job, shower later"
"I suppose you're right.." Canazza muttered
"Besides" said Alota
"Besides what?" Tara asked
"I wanna go first.." with that she dashed into the small crew quarters at the back of the ship and locked herself in before heading into the shower cubicle.
"I still say we use the wormhole drive" said Phil.
"LOOK!" Johnny said "As an experience navigation officer I cant over-estimate the risks of using a device like that in such close quarters, the slightest miscalcualtion could.."
"As CHIEF navgation officer" said Jay interuppting "I say we use it."
"But..."
"Listen Goode, I just spent the better part of a morning dodging Dean's immune system, barely avoiding being dissolved by stomach acid, nearly getting eaten by a mutant parasite and ploughing through human excrement! Frankly if using the wormhole drive means I dont have to do any more of that I dont care about the risks!"
"Jay seriously reconsider.."
"Too late.." Jay replied "I've activated the drive we're going, PHIL GET YOUR ASS IN HERE NOW!" he shouted as he caught a glance of Phil, who had opened a hatch in the Phoenixe's floor and was tring to scoop some of the alcohol in Dean's liver into a hipflask.
"Jesus man..." Jay said "We better make sure you get to Parrots when we get back!"
