I'll second this. My council mail hasn't been coming through. As a
rule of thumb, whilst I usually double check the actual group
itself, Parrotts and the Council I tend to trust are working as long
as the main group mail came through - and it was, therefore I, (like
Andy) assumed all was well.
As this is my first notice that you're back, well, welcome!
