Canazza climbed aboard and shut the front flap.
The toaster stirred, "Howdy doodilly do... would anyone like any Toast?"
before he could finish the word 'do' Canazza had turned the bot around and aimed at the toaster, and before the first syllable of 'Toast' he had fired, and by the end of the word Toast, the toaster had disintegrated.
"beastly" Canazza gloated. He let out a long satisfying maniacal laugh.

"are you sure you can pilot this thing?" Timmy asked
"Sure i'm sure" Canazza lied, checking he'd strapped himself in tight enough.
Timmy sat in the specially built seat situated between Canazza's legs, Canazza was standing up with his head poking through the Plexiglas bubble at the top of the robot, it was a tight fit, but it was neatly done.
"Timmy, it'll be your job to fire the forward facing laser cannons, I will be piloting and firing the heat-tracking Plasma blasters."
"Roger that," Timmy gripped his metal hands on the controls and leaned forwards menacingly, this was the first time he'd had control of proper weaponry and not just those wussy Starbug cannons.
the droid lumbered forward and out of the launch bay doors.
"Woohoo!" Canazza cheered, "Okay, where to?"
"I wanna test out these weapons."
"Right, we have to find a suitable test site"
"How about the bridge?" Timmy offered.
"ha ha - there's an asteroid field a short way from here"
"fine, we'll blow up some space debris"some time later...
They approached the asteroid field cautiously, Canazza was still a bit shaky with the controls.
"Let's find ourselves a nice small asteroid to blow up first"
"okay, how about that one" Timmy pointed the cannons at a little asteroid no bigger than the droid itself.
"fine," Canazza turned and slowly headed towards it. Timmy fired and the asteroid disintegrated.
"Okay, let's try something bigger" Canazza turned and flew the droid to another asteroid, slightly bigger this time. "try that one"
Timmy let the cannon's rip, but barely made a dent in it, "Aww,"
The asteroid began to stir, and the more it moved, the more obvious to the pair of them that is wasn't an asteroid, but indeed a rather large, nasty looking space dwelling, ship eating monster.
"Smeggy pudding" they chorused, Canazza put the droid into reverse and sped away into the field, clipping several asteroids on the way.
"It's still following us" Timmy said, looking out of the front viewer, which was currently looking behind them. "Use the heat seekers!!"
Canazza clipped another asteroid, "Whoops," he said, "No more heat seekers"
"Are you actually flying with your eyes open or are you just using the force?"
"Just keep firing the lasers" Canazza ordered
The lasers were having no effect.
"We have to get back to the dwarf"
"I agree," Canazza led the beast round in an arc, clipping more asteroids, and ruining the laser cannons. eventually they exited the field, the beast continued to follow them.
The beast followed them right back to the dwarf,
"we can't land, it'll follow us"
"Can't we get one of the Dwarf's to blow it up?"
"Nope, Radio's out"
"Won't they spot it on radar?"
"It's too small, they'll never spot it" Canazza banked the droid away from the bay doors and made a new heading for the ram scoop
"What the smeg are you doing?"
"i'm taking us into the ram scoop"
"Why the hell are you doing that?"
"It'll get stuck, the automatic purge system will destroy it"
"Won't it do the same to us?"
