ooc> sorry for not posting for so long, exams, business.... laziness... and
i won't be able to post again for a week, going on holiday... YAY!!<ahem>

there was a shudder <ooc: this was before the time travel by the way...> and
the vortex opened, pulling the escape pod through it, the occupants were
knocked out, damn shoddy escape pods not having stabilisers... on th other
side, it appears that Sol had moved, the place of Exit for the pod happened
to be directly on earth somewhere, and sometime..
"well, we've landed, this place is rather cold" Jack stood up, using th
scanner on the gun to search for civilization. "my scanner can't read
anything, here, john, have a radio, i suggest we split up and search for a
way to contact the fleet, these little things don't have enough power, and i
think the crash damaged my guns radio transmitter" he said, hitting it.
"ok, you go east, i go west" said john quite calmly.
"huh? what makes you so sure of going west?"
"i can see light"
"yeah, its called the sun..."
john looked at jack in 'that' way, the patented way that means 'shut up, and
go east'
jack shrugged, took the radio, and his gun, and started to walk east,
checking to gun every so often.
(the length of time you lot have been on earth in this time passed) jack had
been walking for ages, and there was a 'blip' from the gun. it had found
civilization, a large town...
"oh yes, at last, finally... maybe i can get some parts to repair the gun
there" jack said to himself as he continued to walk through the snow, his
arms were beginning to go blue, and his nose was past that already.
Someone approached him, and said something in Russian, unfortunately, that
was one of only 3 languages that none of Jacks personalities didn't know...
He offered jack a bottle, Jack took it, opened it, and downed the lot in one
go, gesturing thanks... Jack then thought that it wasn't the best thing to
have done... he was in russia, his mind told him that what he had just drunk
wasn't water... so did his liver...

ooc: on next weeks episode, a distress beacon is set up, on a BD set
emergency frequency, will anyone pick it up? will Jack ad Keats be saved?
