The Continung Adventures of Sean's characters

Who: Trisees, Coffey

"So let me get this straight, Coffey," said Trisees, angrily as he
strode after the near running plastic surgeon. He flailed his arms
as he spoke, over exaggerating his feelings towards the medic and
grimaced and scowled behind her back, not that it made any noticeable
difference to her tone anyway.
"You want me to pilot a Starbug after another Starbug to rescue
Shakespeare from an unidentified creature?"
"Yes," she said, simply.
Trisees stopped dead in his tracks and laughed uncontrollably,
clutching at his sides and bending over. This action did cause a
noticeable change in Coffey's demeanour, and she stopped and turned
around, staring at the Mental Technology scientist in front of her.
"What's so funny?" she asked, placing her hands on her hips and
pursing her lips in annoyance.
"The idea that you thought I'd be willing to help Shakespeare. I
don't even like the man. What on earth makes you think I'd be
willing to risk me neck to save his worthless hide?"
"Because you're one of the best pilots onboard. If anyone can fly
after him, then it's you. Jay and Dean are busy with their…with
their…with whatever it is they do up on the main deck, and so I've
come to plead for your help."
Trisees said nothing, instead stroking his goatee in consideration.
"I still don't see the incentive on rescuing my one blight," he
said. "But since you asked so nicely, I shall still decline."
Trisees laughed again and turned around. Was he going soft? Had
he given off an aura of love, and peace, and joyous feelings to the
rest of the crew? Why did they suddenly want to come to him for
help, and guidance? He wasn't a bloody counsellor, or even a
doormat. He wanted nothing to do with anyone. How on earth did he
keep getting involved with the miscreants of the Blue Dwarf? He
mentally thought of going to a psychiatrist, but then remembered that
it would mean visiting Cerebrum and quickly decided against it.
Trisees was roused from his train of thought by a rough hand on his
shoulder. It spun him around, and then connected fiercely with his
jaw, sending him to the floor strongly. He blinked to see Hazel
Coffey, look of annoyance and a clenched fist standing in front of
him.
"You WILL help me, Trisees. This is no longer a request."
Trisees' eyes widened and he nodded, as Coffey turned back around
and stormed along the corridor, stomping her feet as she moved.
Trisees got up and brushed himself down, muttering under his breath.
"Menstruating madwomen."
Moments Later
Trisees sat down behind the controls of Starbug Twelve, and
performed the necessary start up sequence. The Starbug's rear
boosters flared up and Coffey moved into the cockpit and took the
science officers seat.
"Initiating startup sequence," Trisees mumbled.
"Starbug Twelve, you are not authorised to continue, there is a
lockdown in progress. No one is permitted to leave the ship, please
disengage all sys…" the voice was cut off abruptly by a small flick
of Trisees wrist.
"I never wanted to be a member of this crew anyway," he said,
before flooring the accelerator. The Starbug lurched upwards and
careened wildly along the ,long shuttle bay corridor, towards rapidly
closing bay doors. As it neared Trisees hit the boost button and
spun wildly out of the haven of the ship and into the deep blackness
of space, the Starbug slicing left and right through the vacuum and
away from the large Blue ship.
"It looks normal from all the way out here," Trisees remarked.
"Plotting a course after Starbug Fourteen," said Coffey. "We
should be on route to intercept in fifteen hours."
"Fifteen hours alone together? This isn't a rescue mission," he
said, looking at his compatriot. "This is torture."
Coffey scowled.

OOC: Just to clarify, my story is taking place BEFORE the Santa plot
started, hence the lockdown only JUST took place in this part. I
hope this makes sense. If not, well, that is the spirit of Blue Dwarf.
