ooc : Phil's a NPC for a while now

due to the fact that the buggers at work now want me to do 8:30 till 8:30 (in ONE go NOT shifts) it means my free time(plus my energy levels) are now almost zero. As such, for the forseable future(about 3-4 weeks), I'm taking time off from BD, Please feel free to use Phil and MP as NPC's till then
