CHAOS! CHAOS! CHAOS! Chanted the postwriter...
Who: Everyone in the Medibay (Note the lackage of a hyphen)Where: The Medibay (Nope, still no hyphen)-----------------------
"What in the..." Began Trisees, noticing the approaching Keto being followed by an approaching Blob. Trisees felt that this was probably a superb moment in which to prevent any one else in the ship getting hurt, he should lock the medibay doors and quarrantine themselves and the blob in the medibay. A worthwhile sacrifice.
He was about to move over the the keypad of the door and tap in the lock code when a thought went through his mind.
"WHAT THE FRELL ARE YOU DOING?!" it shouted. "YOU'RE GOING TO SAVE THE CREW AND NOT YOURSELF? HAVE YOU GONE NICE?"
Trisees stammered and realised what he had been about to do. Horror filled his frame, he's spent too much time with that Brain Keto. It had taken them 4 hours to make the elevator journey, and they'd spent the whole time talking. It had become clear, this brain was a goody goody do gooder goody goody. Trisees's frown made a daring comeback and attached itself to his face with some glue, removing the pleasant smile which had been there earlier.
There was a sudden shout of "AIIIIIE!" and everyone in the medibay was silent. A figure, wearing blue all over, with everything part of it's body covered in thick blue cloth, swung from outside of the medibay through the wide open doors, past Trisees, past Keto, and straight into the blob. It grabbed the hideously mutated fiend, and said in a low ominous voice: "You are MINE, evil one."
The blob and the figure, now carried by the momentum of the figure's daring swing, rolled together through the medibay and into Keto's office, where the door seemed to slam shut. Various noises and explosive sounds could be heard from inside, whilst the stunned crew remained rigid in their former positions.
A few moments later, and the door to the office slid open silently, revealing a blob in chains attached the Keto's desk. The figure in blue was nowhere to be seen, obviously having escaped through the hole the blob had previously made.
Keto turned to look at Trisees who shrugged, then at the Tree, who bounded, then at the Brain who did nothing, then over to Coffey, who gasped, then at Tara who shook her head and tried to sleep, and then at Shakespeare, who cowered in the medibay doorway.
"Has't iteth gones't?" he asked.
Keto frowned.
"Yes," he said, eyeing the blob carefully. "I think so."
Stepping over to the captured mutation, Keto noticed a small piece of paper by it's feet.
It had the letters: 'DWS' written on it.
