As Canazza pointed ouy in Parrots, yes the website is curently offline, rest assured its a temporary thing as the internet account Onion was using to host the site has closed his account.
As soon as he's found a new host it'll be up a running with updates, in the mean time if you know of anyone looking to join get them to email me direct and I'll sedn them a profile template.
