"This?!" Rio said, gobsmacked, "You wanna modify this?!"
"Yeah!" said Dean, beaming dead chuffed that he would soon have a shuttle of his own.
"Its hideous!" Rio siad, turning her nose up at the starbugs badly maintained exterior, "Isnt this one that Jay had written off becuase it was pumping out noxious fumes?"
"Thats the one!"
 "What were you thinking Jay?" Rio asked Chrysler, who had just arrived, "Letting Dean customise THIS?"
"Hey" Jay said "he's paid for it, its legally his now, apart from flight clearance I got no say, besides, you think this is bad, you shoulda seen the Phoenix before I worked my magic on it"
"Your magic maybe but were talking about Dean"
"Hey, I'm helping, trust me, a few months this baby will be purring like a kittten and looking as sweet as a  kebab on a saturday night"
"whatever...." Lomaz said, walking away, unimpressed.
Holly appeared on the nearby wall monitor
"alright Dudes" he said
"hey Hol"
Holly said nothing, just looked like an idiot.
"something you wanted Hol?" Jay asked
"Well I'll hjave a coffee if youre offering"
Jay ran his hand slowly down his face, "Something you wanted holly?"
"Um..oh yeh...wait..umm....oh weve got a ship appeared out of nowhere off starboard, not responding to hails but theyre on a course for Blue Dwarf, the captian wants someone to intercept it"
"I'll go!" Dean volunteered,
"no" said Jay "You gotta lead the fuel run, get us back up to power, I'll go"
"Tell White wolf I'm on it hol"
"On what?" holly asked "Isnt that illegal?"
"Never mind......"
 
Seconds later Jay was rocketing out of the shuttlebay, narrowly avoiding a collison with a windcreen less strabug, being piloted by a talking skutter...
