Who : Phil, MP and LOTS of secuirty guards
Where : Outside Cerbrums office
When : Just before Phil kicked the door in

Phil kicked the door to Cerebrums office hard, swore, then kicked it again..This time the door opened...the "good" doctor dropped what he was doing and stood up..
 
"WHAT THE SMEGG ARE YOU DOING......"
 
"DR Patrick Cerebrum, Under Space Corp Directive 456.777 I am placing you under arest for the attempted mansulaghter.."
 
"456.777? What, The Captain is authroised to issue emergncy pants in the evnt that the washing machines break down?"
 
"What..No I mean SCD 456.778..."
 
"Ah..."
 
Phil could almost see the psychs mind trying to think of a way out of this. The guy was clever, Phil granted him that...
 
"As I was saying, under SCD 456.778, I am placing you under arrest for the attempted manslaughter of the crew of BD, with namely, witholding flight provalges when the ship is out of FUEL and ABOUT to do a Thomas Manuver into the nearby planet. As such ALL Psyhitrict provaliges are herby revoked. You no longer have any authity on this ship, because YOUR license has been suspended"
 
Phil let this sink in...then began to say what he'd been meaning to say for a long time.
 
"Before you say anything let me lay down a few things for you..Number One..DONT try and bribe anyone on my staff, cos I've got MORE cash then you can ever earn in your life and can easly top what your paying..Two, look down.."
 
This last statement, totaly unexpexted, caused Cerebrum to look down where he saw MP pointing a VERY big gun at his soft bits. MP gave the doctor a friendly wave.
 
"Three," Phil continued, "I owe you one for the mess up with Ambers and Jay's body..."
 
CErebrum was about to say something, but Phil carried on, "Four, I REALY REALLY HATE psychiatrists..and FIVE I have had a REALLY BAD week, so go ahead and give me the excuse I need to fire this gun and cover that bulkhead with the inside of your skull, please resist arrest, go on..." Phil was in full on EP mode now(Not Really EP, but DAMM close)
