Forgotten, but not gone
Who: That magnificent skutter in his flying machine (Elwood)
Where: Going up-tiddly up-up (Behind the Blue Dwarf)
When: Just in time to go down-diddly down-down (After everyone's back)
"Brain was not shut down properly, checking system for errors"
Blip. One bar.
Elwood was confused.
Blip.
Who'd turned him off unexpectantly?
Blip.
He thought he was the only thing on this ship.
Blip.
Unless the Starbug had been destroyed by an insect ship...
Blip.
... And now he was floating in space after getting shut-down.
Blip.
And that would suck.
Blip.
Hummm...
Blip.
Centuries of technological development...
Blip.
... And it still took forever to power himself up.
Blip. "No errors found. Continuing to load brain"
The black faded out and Elwood's vision returned. Oddly, he still
found himself on-board a Starbug, clutching the relevant wires and
pieces of sticky-tape that controlled the ship.
On closer inspection, he saw that the viewscreen was missing, as was
any sign of the insect ships or the Blue Dwarf. The cockpit was
almost completely clear of seats, litter and nodding dogs, which,
Elwood rightly presumed had been sucked into space. Anything that
remained nearby had been warped into Ikea furniture-esq shapes.
There was no response from any of the controls, and the communication
station was missing. On the bright side...
Elwood tried to think of a bright side... it would pass the time.
((OOC: vague post, because I don't quite know how to react to
getting "Holly's fart" full in the face... *shrugs*))
