*ACTION* Rescue team, lets ROLL!

Where:- Stellar Cartography.
 
The holographic image in the centre of the room rotated, showing a transparent view of the nebula, and the planet on which Dean's shuttle, 'probably' crash landed.
 
Jay studied the planet's layout,  the scan wasn't as clear as most of the readings the cartography lab picked up.
 
"Can we clear this up?" said Jay to the tech working the console, "THats as clear as its gonna get" said the tech Must be somehting to do with the nebula"
 
"Hmm..nah" said Jay, "I don't think its the nebula"
"Why?"
"Well, the point Deans ship lost power was a good 20 minutes flying into the nebula, he was virtually in planetary orbit"
"Maybe its a delayed effect?"
Jay spotted something on the map, "Wait, zoom grid 17-6-"
"what is it?"
"Some kind of..Citadel, but whats that weird reading its giving off?" asked the Tech.
"I dont know you're the sensor operator!" Jay snapped,. why where nearly ALL of his nav-staff such dumbasses, only Kara, Amber and dare he say Dean, seemed reasonably competent.
"Well...its some kind of machinery,...."
"But didnt we already discover that machinery doesnt work down there?!"
"well....its pushing out an Electromagentic...fieldy thingy doodad.."
"You mean its a dampening field?" Jay said sarcastically.
"Uh..yeh, whatever it is it's preventing all technology from working"
"Thats good news" said Jay "At least, we know that we can get off the planet if we take out the gadget.."
Jay made a mental note of the location of the field generator. "Get me a print out of a map of the area"
"Print out?" said the operator "you mean on..paper?"
"Well, yeah, you dont expect these to work do ya?!" said Jay holding up his hand-held navi-comp.
"Good point"
Jay shot out of the lab and headed for the drive room, he burst in, "Alota!?"
"Not here Jay" said Allie, she left for your place ages ago.
"Fair enough," he said "But I've made a discovery, the reason anything electrical doesnt work is simple, theres a dampening field in place,..soo...I we need to set two mission objectives, 1, find the scout team and 2, destroy the field so we can actually get off the planet!, I've got a bug being modified to glide safley to the surface as we speak"
"Excellent, launch when youre ready, just kae sure you get my wolfie back!"
 "No problem I just need you or Alota's authorisation to assemeble the rescue team, me and Niples are already aboard, but I need engineers, security and medics i'd like to take Tara....."
"Already down there"
"Ok..Jasmine"
"Planet.."
"Shakespeare?"
"Out of action.."
"Coffey" Jay said getting desperate" 
"Looking after shakes!" said Allie, smugly.
"Dont tell me...."
"You got Keto..or the Tree!"
"oh...joy.."
