Gymnastics?

"Tell me about it" Jay said "If only the 'Dwarf had power, coulda just fired reverse thrusters without nearly pulling out shuttles to pieces!"
At this point all the lights came on across the Dwarf, and the thrusters fired up.
"Guys....." said Jay "please move into land...while I go shoot something!"

"Jay, given your last, ahem, piloting stunt in that body you sure its a good idea?" said Dean, remembering that it resulted in Dean getting almost "doored" to death.
"What?" came Efof's voice <I think that's the body Rio ended up in> over the comm
"Nothing, Nothing. Dean, I''ve raised the chair, I can reach now."
"Oh good, well, in that case, if you're absolutely positive, I'm off to volunteer to get my brains blown out for the Blue Dwarf."
"Ok guys, follow Dean in, I've gotta go to radio silence now. Jay out. No, Rio out."
"Hm.. crazy. Oh well, come on,  let's head to a landing bay." said Dean, bringing the bug into line with the bay.
"You sure we should let him go?" asked Kara over the comm.

Suddenly Dean's starbug, quickly follwed by a large collection of other spacecraft shot back into space.
"Someone, please, de-attach the ropes from the BD before we try again." said Amber over the comm.
"Yeah. That would've been a good idea." said Dean

Dean headed towards the driveroom, with some other pilots in tow.

"I do sir, I can look after myself, I'm a nurse, I'm quite fit, I like shooting things and I can even pilot to a degree, I'm willing to be apart of this mission....""And so am I" Eve came in cutting Jasmine off, "I'm a science officer, you'll need one on the team"White Wolf and Niples looked at each other.

"Well, with any luck, you won't need to pilot, I'm here." said Dean, grabbing Jasmine around the waist. "I'm back! And I've not practised any gymnastics for a long time..." said Dean, remembering that trampoline...
