"So, just so I'm clear on this...if I help you to avoid impending
death and/or dismemberment at the hands of the crew, you'll pay me
money and return my medibay's equipment?"
Cerebrum gave a curt nod. Keto sighed.
"Your death, or large amounts of money and equipment. Such a
difficult decision..."
"Or I could just pretend I've switched bodies with you, and hope
they dismember you instead," pointed out Cerebrum. Keto laughed
hollowly.
"Oh come on," he said, "How stupid do you take the rest of the crew
for?"
There was a pause as they looked at each other.
"Okay, show me this machine," growled Keto.
